OurPurpose Statement;

Our purpose is to proclaim the love of God for all, and to bring people into His Kingdom

Under our Purpose Statement we will recognise two principles:

Principle 1. The Church's foundation is Jesus, our Lord. To lift our minds beyond buildings, bureaucracies, structures, rules, rituals and regulations. Our eyes to be fixed on Jesus as Saviour of all people.

      Principle 2. The Church’s strength is the ministry of all believers.To know that every believer has gifts given by the Holy Spirit. Our spiritual gifts empower all members for God’s work.

Grace and peace in the name of our Lord Jesus. A friendly welcome is extended to all who attend St Jude's. If you are searching for a church home in Tumbarumba, we invite you to come and be a part of our church family. If you are visiting town, we would love to share your visit.

What Church Season Are We In ? We are in the Season of Easter. " Christ Is Risen Alleluia !  He Is Risen Indeed Alleluia ! " This is the theme of this season. This season commences on Easter Day and continues for 50 days. The last day is when we celebrate Pentecost Sunday. The power that God used to raise Jesus from the dead is in all believers. This power of his Spirit, enables us to lead a new life, and to also receive eternal life. In our scripture readings each Sunday, we hear stories of how Jesus followers, inspired by hope and new life, live and grow as a community. In our readings we hear of the resurrection appearances of Jesus, and how the followers experienced his risen life before he ascended to his heavenly Father.
